Who we are

Arizona events are different. So are we.

A June wedding in Scottsdale isn't a June wedding anywhere else. It's 110 degrees at golden hour, monsoon wind at midnight, and a sunset that makes every photo look impossible. We built Paradise Event Rentals for exactly this.

Every piece in our inventory is chosen for the desert: swamp coolers and misting fans that tame a summer patio, tents engineered for Arizona wind, heat-resistant balloon formulations, generators that keep remote venues glowing past midnight.

And every order — from twenty chairs to a full festival build — gets the same white-glove treatment: on-time delivery, professional setup, and a team that answers the phone on event day.

Delivery windows we actually hit. Setup finished before your first vendor arrives — guaranteed in writing.

Every item is inspected, cleaned, and tested before it leaves our warehouse. If it wouldn't impress us, it doesn't ship.

An on-call coordinator during every event. Something needs adjusting at 9 PM? We pick up.

Frequently asked questions

For peak season (October–May), 4–6 weeks ahead is ideal. That said, we hold inventory for last-minute needs — our booking window is as short as 48 hours.

Day one is full price; every additional day is 50% of the daily rate. A full week costs the same as four days. My Event applies this automatically as you shop.

Yes — we deliver statewide, including Tucson, Flagstaff, Sedona, and Prescott. Metro deliveries run $75–$125 by zone, statewide is $250, and any rental subtotal over $2,000 ships free.

Our optional 9% damage waiver covers accidental damage entirely — no surprise repair bills. Without it, you're only responsible for repair cost or fair replacement value, never inflated fees.

Absolutely. Our setup & styling service (12% of your rental subtotal, $75 minimum) includes professional installation, placement to your floor plan, styling, and complete breakdown after the event.
